If your machine encounters hardware issues, please get in touch with us, and we will guide you on how to send it to our service center for repairs.

Our Service Center is staffed with highly skilled professionals who are well-versed in all ASIC miner models available on the market. If your mining equipment requires assistance, our team is ready to provide expert support and repair services. In cases where remote troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll guide you on how to ship your device to our service center for repairs. Please note, that the warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, failure to adhere to operating guidelines, or physical damage resulting from improper handling.

1. Warranty

Calculation method:

We offer complimentary after-sales and warranty services for a period of 180 days from the shipment date. However, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for repairs, as well as any applicable customs duties. For miners that are out of warranty and require factory returns, the customer will be liable for all logistics, customs clearance, and maintenance fees.

3. Return Factory Fee

The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs clearance fees when returning a product to our company or the manufacturer.

4. Forbidden Operations

  1. The warranty will be nullified if the product’s serial number (SN) or warranty label is removed or damaged, or if the product suffers damage from unauthorized disassembly during the warranty period.
  2. Ensure to follow the machine’s operating instructions and guidelines. Any damage resulting from customer misoperation, such as connecting the device to incorrect voltage, will void the warranty. Refer to the instruction manual or consult sales/after-sales personnel for proper usage.
  3. Any alterations made by the customer, including adding cooling systems, modifying fans or heat sinks, or changing power cables, will void the warranty.
  4. The warranty will be void if the SN code on the machine’s casing is altered without permission.
  5. Important Notes:
    • If the miner is found damaged, scratched, or if the warranty label is missing or damaged, you must contact our office immediately (within 24 hours) for clarification. Failing to do so will invalidate the warranty.
