Yes, we warmly welcome customers from around the world to visit our warehouses. If visiting isn’t convenient for you, we’re happy to send pictures or videos upon request.

How can I track my package?

All items are non-refundable, and orders cannot be canceled, except in cases where there is an increase in mining machine prices due to market fluctuations or if the product is out of stock.

All cryptocurrency payments made on our website are automatically converted to USDT. If the product is out of stock, we will reach out to offer a refund. The refund will be based on the USD price at the time you placed the order. If there is a price fluctuation, we will contact you to discuss the difference, which will be calculated based on the product’s USD price.

In some cases, the importer may not be responsible for paying import charges. This depends on the incoterms (International Commercial Terms) agreed upon between the importer and the supplier (exporter).

How long does it take for the machines in stock to be shipped out?

Machines that are in stock will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If any special circumstances arise, we will get in touch with you to discuss a solution.

When will the futures be shipped out?

The shipping date for pre-order items will be based on the information provided by the manufacturer. We will indicate the estimated delivery time on the product page for your reference. Once we receive the machines, we will promptly arrange for shipment.

What should I do if my package has not been updated for a long time?

If there is an issue with the logistics process, please reach out to our sales representative or contact the logistics company directly for verification.

Will the used machines be tested before shipment?

While used machines do not come with a warranty or after-sales service, we will provide test videos and photos of the inner packaging to ensure the machine is in good condition before shipment.

How long does it take to arrive after shipment?

Typically, delivery takes 5-10 business days after shipment, while DDP shipments usually arrive within 15 business days. However, customs clearance issues may cause delays. If the receiver has experience with importing goods or customs procedures, it can help expedite the process.

After-sales Support

Will manufacturers offer a warranty to all machines?

All new machines come with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 6 to 12 months, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. However, used or refurbished machines do not include warranty or after-sales support. Before shipping, we will send you test videos and photos of the packaging to confirm that the machine is in proper working condition.

What should I do if my machine fails?

The GCMTO Service Center is operated by a team of skilled experts with extensive knowledge of all ASIC miner models available in the market. Should you need assistance, they are prepared to offer professional support and repair services for your mining equipment. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will guide you through the process of sending the device to our center for repairs.
