-Shipping Time and Rules

Shipping times for each product vary based on availability.

For Miners:

  1. In-stock Miners: Orders for in-stock miners will be shipped within 3 business days. However, for bulk orders, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing and shipment through carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or TNT.
  2. Pre-order Miners: The shipment date for pre-order miners depends on the manufacturer’s production schedule. Estimated delivery times will be provided on the product page, but delays may occur. If there are any production delays from the factory, your delivery will be postponed as well. In cases where the factory is unable to fulfill the order on time, we will offer a refund.

For Liquid Cooling Equipment:

Liquid cooling equipment is typically shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) using air or sea freight. With warehouses located in the USA, Europe, and other regions, we will consult with customers to determine the nearest receiving airports and ports before shipment. This ensures that your goods are transferred from the nearest warehouse to your location for more efficient delivery.

  1. Gcmto provides tailored shipping options to suit any need, offering worldwide delivery through reputable carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, and more. Additionally, you have the option to pick up your order directly from one of our warehouses.
  2. We operate three warehouses located in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Moscow. The shipping origin will depend on your location and preferences, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  3. For liquid cooling equipment, we typically use sea freight for most regions. Shipping charges may vary depending on your location and the nearest receiving ports. We recommend reaching out to customer service to verify your address and get an accurate shipping cost before placing an order.

Notes:

  1. We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to select countries, including the United States, Canada, Russia, Dubai, and certain EU countries. For DDP service, please contact customer service. If you are outside DDP zones, we will assist in minimizing your taxes by offering lower invoice values. Kindly inform us of your requirements in advance.
  2. Self-pickup of miners is available. Please inform us of your preferred pickup time and related details at least one day ahead.

Shipping Notice

For any special shipping requests, please reach out to customer care. Confirm your shipping address before making payment. If you enter the wrong address, promptly contact customer service so we can coordinate with our logistics team to resolve the issue. Please note that Gcmto orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed, and any address changes after shipment cannot be guaranteed. You will be responsible for any potential risks or costs related to address changes once the order has been dispatched.

Ensure that your name, address, and contact information are accurate when placing your order to guarantee a smooth delivery.

Taxes and Customs Duties

At Gcmto, we aim to help you minimize your tax obligations by offering invoices with lower values.

Customs Duties
All products sold by Gcmto Mining are not subject to value-added tax (VAT) or customs duties from our side. However, you are responsible for paying any taxes and customs fees that apply based on the laws and regulations of your country. If a miner needs to be returned to Hong Kong, the customer will bear any extra shipping costs associated with the return.

–Order and Logistics Tracking

Order Notification

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also log in to your Gcmto account and find the tracking details in the “My Orders” section. By clicking the link provided, you can visit the official website of the shipping carrier to monitor your package’s status.

Tracking Your Order

  1. Log in to your Gcmto account and navigate to “My Orders.”
  2. Reach out to Gcmto customer support for assistance.

Inspection and Signature

Given the value of Gcmto products, please thoroughly inspect the package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or altered in any way, do not sign for it or open the package. Contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Once you or a representative signs for the delivery, it will be considered an acceptance of the product and its condition. To safeguard your rights, it is recommended that you record an unboxing video. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a proper inspection:

Guidelines for the Unboxing Video:

  1. The video should be continuous and unedited, showing the product and packaging in full detail.
  2. Make sure the video clearly displays the shipping note, serial number (SN), and any other essential details.
  3. After unboxing, thoroughly check the items and confirm they are correct before ending the video.
  4. If you find any issues with the product, show them in the video and provide a verbal explanation.

This procedure ensures that any discrepancies can be resolved efficiently.
